JOCELYN M. BAEZ / BUSINESS ASSISTANT

Mrs. Jocelyn Báez is currently studying a Masters in Orientation and Counseling at the University of Puerto Rico. She is the principal Business Assistant at ARIEL RIVERA & ASOCIADOS, INC., and specializes in client management, portfolio retention, and renewals. Assists Account Executives with quotes, policy submissions, and applications. She also handles payments and invoicing through the Agency online cloud invoicing program: FRESHBOOKS. Her customer service skills have been a competitive advantage for our Agency.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ANALYST

MIGUEL A. MIRANDA / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ANALYST

Experienced in sales, business solutions, and customer service, Mr. Miranda is our Business Development Analyst at ARIEL RIVERA & ASOCIADOS, INC. His college experience at the University of Arkansas, Little Rock, AR, and his four years of experience as a Professional Baseball Player at Major League Baseball, made Mr. Miranda the perfect team player and liaison between the Executive Team and Account Executives. He started in the Agency by managing policy services, certificates, and endorsements. Quickly developing and implementing his skills, Mr. Miranda became our Commercial Lines & Large Account Customer Service Specialist. In 2014 he became our Business Development Analyst where his team effort and problem solving skills has helped us become more efficient and productive.
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT & CLAIMS SPECIALIST

MARIA I. RODRIGUEZ / EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT & CLAIMS SPECIALIST

Mrs. María I. Rodríguez is a retired pharmaceutical sales executive. She worked for over twenty years in sales and marketing in the pharmaceutical industry where she achieved numerous awards and recognitions. After retiring in 2011, she joined ARIEL RIVERA & ASOCIADOS, INC., where she started working as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) and a year later she became the Executive Assistant working directly with Mr. Ariel Rivera. Today she specializes in Claim Management and Customer Service. Her empathy, problem solving skills, and claim’s handling process, helped her become the Claims Specialist at our Agency.
